This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information practices of (“Lead Agent” “we,” “us” or “our”) when you access or use and any associated mobile application (collectively, the “System”), and the services, features, functionality and offers made available through the System (collectively, the “Services”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. It covers the information that we collect about you, how we use the information we collect, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding our collection and use of your information.

Information We Collect
Lead Agent collects information automatically as a result of your use of the System and/or Services, in accordance with the sections below. The information Lead Agent collects automatically, is referred to as “Collected Information” throughout this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect Automatically
We collect information automatically when you use our System and/or Services and may also use various data collection tools and/or tracking technologies. Such information and tools may include the following:

  • In aggregated and/or anonymized form which cannot reasonably be used to identify you;
  • As you otherwise request or authorize; and
  • As otherwise permitted by law.

Cookies. You may be able to opt-out of the automatic collection of some information by referring to your web browser’s or mobile device’s options or settings menu. However, doing so may disable many of the portions, features, or functionality of the System and/or Services. For example, most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you have the choice to set your browser to accept or reject Cookies. Information Security
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information that we collect from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the Collected Information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. The System is intended for a general audience and is not intended for use or access by children under 13 years of age without parental consent, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using the System. Furthermore, we may restrict inquiry submissions and participation in surveys to individuals who are at least 18 years of age

User Generated Content
The System and/or Services and our pages on social media platforms may allow users to post reviews, messages, and other content. You are responsible for all actions resulting from any information, including personal information, which you post on the System, the Services or social media pages. Please remember that any information you post becomes public information, is not subject to this Privacy Policy, and Lead Agent is not responsible for the results of such postings.

Links, Third-Party Websites, and Social Media Platforms
The System, the Services and our communications may contain links to other third-party websites or mobile applications and social media platforms (“Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any Linked Sites, even if you link to them from our System, Services or communications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Linked Sites. We have no control over the collection or use of your information on any Linked Site. We should read and understand the privacy policies of any Linked Sites that you visit.

California Privacy Rights
Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship the following information: (a) a list of the categories of personally identifiable information, such as name, e-mail, and mailing address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (b) the name and address of all such third parties. At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. Accessing the System Outside of the United States
If you are visiting or using the System, Services, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
